Design & CAD
In-house 3D modeling in ZBrush, Matrix and Rhino turns a brief or a sketch into a production-ready model.
Casting
Investment casting in 14K, 18K and 22K gold and 925 sterling silver, with alloy checked before every pour.
Stone setting
Hand-setting for high-end pieces and wax-setting for volume - prong, pavé, channel, bezel and micro-set.
Polishing
A multi-step fine-polishing routine brings every surface to a consistent, mirror-clean finish.
Plating
Gold, rose gold and rhodium plating with controlled thickness for durability and colour consistency.
Quality control
A staged inspection system checks dimensions, setting security, finish and certification before packing.
The process
From CAD to packed order in twelve stages
Every order follows the same controlled path - the finish your first order sets is the finish your hundredth order matches.

3D drawing
The design is modeled in CAD and confirmed with you before anything is cut.

Grinding the model
The digital model is resin-printed and refined to correct proportion and weight.

Wax injection
Production waxes are injected from the master mould for the run.

Stone setting (wax)
For wax-set pieces, stones are placed into the wax ahead of casting.

Wax tree building
Waxes are assembled onto a tree ready for investment and casting.

Casting
Metal is poured under controlled conditions in the chosen gold or silver alloy.

Rough polishing
Sprues are removed and the raw casting is cleaned and pre-polished.

Stone setting (hand)
Higher-end pieces are hand-set at the bench for security and precision.

Fine polishing
The piece is brought to a final mirror finish across every surface.

Ultrasonic cleaning
Residue is removed so plating adheres cleanly and evenly.

Plating
Gold, rose gold or rhodium is applied to the specified thickness.

Quality control & packing
Final inspection against the approved sample, then certification and packing.
