Nothing goes to bulk production until you've approved a physical sample. Here is the controlled, nine-stage path from concept to a prototype you can hold.
Concept to prototype
A sample first, always
The sample is the contract. Once you approve it, it becomes the exact standard your production run is held to - which is why we get it right before a single piece is mass-produced.

Design conceptualization
Your inspiration, reference or brief is translated into a workable design direction.

Concept confirmation
We balance the creative intent against manufacturability and confirm the direction with you.

3D modeling
The design is built as a detailed 3D model in professional CAD software.

Stone-setting layout
Gemstone positions and prong structure are planned for security and optimal light return.

Prototyping
The model is resin-printed to a physical prototype, typically within a few hours.

Casting
The prototype is cast in the specified metal, tested for lead and nickel compliance.

Setting
Stones are hand-set for high-end pieces or wax-set for pieces destined for volume.

Polishing & plating
The sample is finished to a mirror surface and plated to the specified thickness.

Final QC
The sample is inspected for design accuracy, finish and durability before it ships to you.
