What is OEM?
You bring the design. We bring the factory.
With OEM manufacturing, the intellectual property is entirely yours. You provide the design - as a drawing, a CAD file, a reference piece or a written specification - and we reproduce it faithfully at production scale.

Quotation
We quote against your specification - metal, stones, finish, quantity and target timeline.

Contract & sample fee
Terms are agreed and a sample is commissioned so you approve a physical piece before any bulk run.

3D modeling
Your design is modeled in ZBrush, Matrix or Rhino, with stone and prong structure planned to spec.

Design confirmation
You review and sign off the 3D model and setting plan before we cut anything.

Sample production
A production sample is printed, cast, set and finished, then couriered to you for inspection.

Order & deposit
On sample approval the order is confirmed with a deposit, typically 30–50%.

Mass production
Your run is manufactured through the full 12-stage process with stage-by-stage quality control.

Final QC & payment
Completed goods are inspected against the approved sample; a completion report is issued for final payment.

Packing & export
Discreet, insured, tracked shipment to your door with the certification for every stone.

What's the difference between OEM and ODM jewelry manufacturing?
OEM means you provide the design - a drawing, CAD file, reference piece or spec sheet - and we manufacture it exactly as specified. ODM means you select from our existing library of original, production-ready designs. OEM suits a brand that already has its own design; ODM suits a buyer who wants a proven range with no design lead time.
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM manufacturing?
Minimums scale with the account and the complexity of the design rather than a single fixed number - a simple band-style piece and an intricate multi-stone setting carry different practical minimums. Send us your design and target volume and we'll confirm a specific figure.
Do you sign an NDA before seeing my design?
Yes. Your design is protected under a signed NDA from the point you share it. We manufacture your intellectual property - we never resell, reuse or reference it for another client's order.
Can you manufacture from a photo or reference piece, not just a CAD file?
Yes. A sketch, a photo of a reference piece, an existing sample or a full CAD file all work as a starting point - our design team builds the production-ready 3D model from whatever you're able to share.
How does the sampling stage work before bulk production?
After the design is confirmed, a physical sample is produced and couriered to you for approval - you're never committing to a bulk run without having held the piece. Production only begins once the sample is signed off.
